In the event of an emergency we ask that patients contact
the surgery ASAP. We have a dedicated slot in the diary
each day for emergencies at 1.30pm on a “first come,
first seen basis”.
At weekends patients can attend the City Hospital Relief
of Pain Clinic or in an extreme emergency Dr Crutchley can
usually be contacted on 077 6690 1702.
City Hospital Relief of Pain Clinic is located in the Dental
Out-Patients Department on the Ground Floor of the Belfast
City Hospital Tower Block. The
The Pain Clinic do not operate an appointment system, it
is first come first served.

Patients should attend as early in a session as possible and bring their medical
card. Only emergency/relief of pain treatment will be provided
and normal Health Service charges will apply to those who
are not exempt.
There is a £90 call-out fee for private patients,
and Denplan patients pay the first £15 of any call-
out.
